  • What topics can I bring to a session?

    Anything you think is important!

    Sexology focuses on your sexual health, intimacy and relationships. This is holistic and can include aspects of your mental, physical and emotional health.

    You can be in any relationship, or none at all.

    Sexuality and identity are fluid and diverse.

    You are invited to bring anything you find important to each session.

  • Is Sexology the same as Therapy?

    While other therapies can have a more generalised approach Sexology is holistic focussing on your experience of sexuality, intimacy and relationships.

  • What does a session look like?

    In your initial session you will be invited to share your goals for therapy. This may include reflecting on sex, intimacy, relationships, friendships, gender, environment, culture and all aspects that influence your sexuality. From there, we will work together to meet your session goals.

    This can include continued sessions with me and take-home activities for you.

  • Do I need to have multiple sessions?

    No, some people find that 1 session meets their needs. The option to continue with multiple sessions is something that we can discuss during our initial session. Depending on where you are at, and what you feel would benefit you most.

  • Do I need to be in a relationship? Or Single?

    Sexology covers a broad range of topics, from sex & relationships to gender identity & sexual orientation, body confidence and self-exploration. You can bring any topics you would like to explore into the space.
